How is unlimited support even possible?
We’re a seasoned team and we’ve spent a lot of time building stuff, so we can handle any request, but our rule of thumb is that a “support task” is anything that takes less than an hour. This includes adding content, installing plugins or themes, adjusting CSS, HTML, and Javascript, and more.
We handle one request at a time and keep a list in Trello. We just get things done, maintain an open line of communication, and we find that our clients are fair and reasonable and enjoy working with us. In practice, it works even better than it seems like it would on paper.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time, or ask one of us to do it for you.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yup. If you don’t like us we’ll refund that billing period and stop work on the spot. It’s a small internet. It doesn’t do us any good to create haters.
I need a whole website, can you help me?
Oh, absolutely. Same team, different conversation.
You’re looking at support pricing, just go visit our project pricing page. You could even start at a support level and upgrade to a project level…. Whatever you want! Go nuts.
What happens if my site goes down?
Well if you host with us, we’ll have daily backups with WP Engine and can just go back to the most recent working version on the site.
If you don’t host with us, we recommend you get your own WP Engine account.
If you don’t do that, well we’ll work with the situation. We’re pros. We can handle quite a lot.
Can I do more than 1 site?
Not with these support plans.
But with any of our project plans, absolutely. Our project plans are where we really encourage our clients to ask us for anything.
What do I need before I sign up?
An email address and a website.
We’ll invite you into our Slack workspace and sort out all the technical details.
What’s not included in these plans?
The hard stuff.
Redesigns, responsive stuff, cool animations, custom graphic design, brand development, turning your site into a full blown app.
This is the support tier, we do all the fancy stuff at project levels.
How do I submit tasks?
We give you your own project channel in our Slack workspace so you can interact with the whole team and so we can track everything.
We track tasks with Trello, so nothing gets lost, and we communicate in Slack to keep everything real time and relatively informal. It’s a great system.
